Some parts have special EX Skills that allow them to perform famous attacks from their source series, such as the Gundam beam rifle being able to perform the "Final Shooting." These attacks are generally extremely powerful, but have long cooldowns. A Gunpla can only equip three EX skills at a time. EX Skills are abilities with cooldowns that are usable in combat which can range from built-in weaponry and attacks, buffs, debuffs, or healing. All parts also have either a Trait, which provides passive bonuses if the requirements are met, or an EX Skill. All parts also have two word tags, such as 'high mobility, 'long range', or 'mobile fighter' and equipping five parts with the same word tags will give bonuses to the Gunpla's stats. Attributes function in a Rock, Paper, Scissors-style gaining bonus damage and damage reduction when in a favorable match-up, but increased damage taken and lower damage dealt against the unfavorable match-up. Every Gunpla part will have one of three attributes – Power, Technique or Speed – and having five parts of the same attribute equipped will grant your Gunpla that attribute. Some units have certain parts integrated into them, such as arms with built-in shields, that will take up two slots. Players use the various pieces of the units they obtain to create their own personal machines to battle.Ī Gunpla is comprised of eight pieces: a head, torso, arms, legs, backpack, shield, melee weapon and ranged weapon. It differs from other Breaker games in that, instead of farming missions for most parts, it functions around a gacha component where players spend Haro Coins – a premium currency, which can be bought or slowly accrued through playing the game – to roll for many desirable parts. Like other entries in the Gundam Breaker franchise, Breaker Mobile revolves around collecting and equipping parts of Gunpla to create, paint and pilot your own kit-bashed Gunpla to take on the game world.
